Transport Manager

We are recruiting a Transport Manager to lead a sizeable mixed fleet for a leading Ugandan logistics operator. You will own fleet utilisation, driver performance, maintenance planning, fuel efficiency and regulatory compliance across multiple depots.

The role is both strategic and operational: setting transport policy, negotiating with third-party hauliers, building KPI reporting and spending time in the field where it matters. Safety is non-negotiable, and you will be expected to strengthen the company's road safety culture.

This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and comes with a competitive package, vehicle and performance bonus.
