Digital Lending Specialist

We are supporting a retail bank to scale its digital lending proposition. As Digital Lending Specialist, you will sit between product, credit risk and technology, turning customer insight into simple, responsible borrowing journeys.

You will manage the product backlog, define requirements for mobile and USSD channels, analyse funnel performance and work with credit teams to refine scoring and limits. The role suits someone who is comfortable with data, can write a clear business requirement and enjoys getting into the detail of how a loan journey actually works.

This is a hands-on product role with direct access to senior stakeholders and measurable commercial impact.
